Billi Cheekhti Hay (The Cat Cries) is a superb and full of suspense Urdu spy novel of Imran Series written by Ibn-e-Safi, the famous Urdu spy writer.
It is the days; Imran is free and has nothing to do before joining the secret service. Imran wears very good and old fashioned dress and hat and goes to Tip Top night club where he confronts Tasadduq Husain with a beautiful girl. Tasadduq claims that he has come from Kenya and the girl is his daughter Merya Tasadduq. After a while during dinner suddenly Tasadduq runs away and the girl behaves as she has gone mad.
Next day another man approaches to Imran in the same club and investigates about Tasadduq and Merya. While going back the man is shot dead at the door of club. Imran with Super Fiaz goes to the hotel where the man lives and finds another dead body in room.
Now Imran starts investigation with Super Fiaz. As it is pre secret Service case, no other character of secret service is seen active in this novel. Imran's investigation leads him to disclose an International organization Ri-Rona. Merya is the chief of the organization. Some other interesting information about the organization is given in the novel.
