Saqafat Ki Talash; a Fun-to-Read Urdu Humor Novel by Naseen Hijazi

Saqafat Ki Talaash (English: In the Search of Culture) (Urdu: ثقافت کی تلاش) is a fabulous and fun-to-read Urdu humor novel written by Sharīf Husain (Urdu: شریف حسین)-who used the pseudonym-Naseem Hijazi (Urdu: نسیم حجازی) the well known and legendary Urdu historic novel writer, who is better known for his novels, like Muhammad Bin Qasim (Urdu: محمد بن قاسم), Dastaan-E-Mujahid (Urdu: داستانِ مجاھد), Andheri Raat Ke Musafir (Urdu: اندھیری رات کے مسافر) and Shaheen (Urdu: شاھین), based on the History that shows both the rise and fall of Muslim Empires.

This novel tells the story of the adventure of two Comrades from Lahore, who were sent by their leader Comrade Alif Din to promote the culture of Dance and Music in the villages of Punjab. They have an aim to demote Islamic values- that make people unite- by promoting Dance and Music in the name of culture and then dividing people in the name of their regional dance and music. While their journey the two comrades confront many situations and always have to face a big hand. The  novel is quite interesting and fun-to-read and I bet you cannot hold your laughter.
