Aur Hisaar Toot Gaya (Urdu: اور حصار ٹوٹ گیا) (English: And the Blockade Broke Down) is a beautiful and interesting Urdu novel written by Tariq Ismail Sagar (Urdu: طارق اسماعیل ساگر), the renowned Urdu fictions writer, novelist, short story writer, columnist and current affair specialist, who is better known for his political and and spy novels and books on intelligence agencies and networks such as RAW (Urdu: را) Jasus Kese Banta Hay (Urdu: جاسوس کیسے بنتا ہے) (English: How a Spy is Made) Khufia Agencviyun ki Dehshat Gardi (Urdu: خفیہ ایجنسیوں کی دہشت گردی) (English: The Terrorism of Secret Agencies) and others.  

The novel is written about the Afghan Jihad against Russia that caused the collapse of Soviet Union and consequently the whole communism fell down.
