Chinaroon Ke Aansoo (Urdu: چناروں کے آنسو) (English: The Tears of Plane Trees) is a beautiful and interesting Urdu novel written by Tariq Ismail Sagar (Urdu: طارق اسماعیل ساگر), the renowned Urdu fictions writer, novelist, short story writer, columnist and current affair specialist, who is better known for his political and and spy novels and books on intelligence agencies and networks such as RAW (Urdu: را) Jasus Kese Banta Hay (Urdu: جاسوس کیسے بنتا ہے) (English: How a Spy is Made) Khufia Agencviyun ki Dehshat Gardi (Urdu: خفیہ ایجنسیوں کی دہشت گردی) (English: The Terrorism of Secret Agencies) and others. 

The novel is about the historical struggle of freedom fighters in Kashmir, the disputed area between Pakistan and India, and their struggle to free their homeland from the illegal occupation of India.
