The book discusses the terrorists activities of India- specially in the era of Prime Minister Indra Gandhi- against Pakistan in Bangladesh- by boosting up and helping the Mukti Bahini Organization- and the Sikhs minorities in Indian Punjab- specially the Operation Blue Star which taken place in the Golden Temple, India. The later operation led to the murder of Indra Gandhi by her own Sikh guards and the murder led the worst atrocities against Sikhs in Delhi, the Indian capital.
