In their way when train stops at a station In’am Ullah gives her a cup of tea and gets off the train to buy something. But after taking tea she falls asleep and awakes after eight hour and does not find In’am Ullah with her. She finds a letter in her purse from In’am Ullah who wrote that he is going to leave her here because he had a plan to defame her brothers. He did not love her and only used her as she loved him.

She comes back to Karachi but does not dare to go home and face her brothers. What happens with her?? That is very sad but only she is responsible for all her condition. The story is eye opener for those girls who conduct that rubbish court marriage for the love of some days and leave their family.

This is not just a story; rather it is picture of our society which is going ruined by so called enlightened moderation. One can find many Tasleems in our country who lost their family and honor from their blind love.

Woh Ik Baat; a Fabulous Novel by Rif'at Siraj

WOH IK BAAT, by Rif’at Siraj, is a eye opening Urdu story. The story deals with love and trust. If you love someone you have to trust him as the trust is the only base of love and without trust the building of love cannot survive.

Mah Paara is a beautiful girl. She is wife of Waqar. They considered being a beautiful couple some years back but now they face some problem which may ruin their relation.

The cause of this entire disturbance was a little lie and lake of trust between both sides. Sara, Waqar’s sister once tells Mah Para about Afsha who was chosen by them for waqar but she was already engaged with another boy and later they found her, better than Afshan. She further tells her that Waqar had some feelings for Afshan and later he made a friendship with her brother so that he could visit them.

One day Mah Para asks him about Afshan in a hard tone and tells lie to him that one of his cousin Sulaiman was also interested in her before marriage. Waqar asks about her feelings and she says that she never thought on this matter. Waqar leaves her and says her to think about Sulaiman, if she has some feeling for him he can give a way for her.

She tries to clarify the matter many times but Waqar does not listen to her. She asks him to go with her to Bahawalpur, where her parents live and he does not accept that.

But once he has to take her to Bahawalpur to attend her brother’s marriage. And this time he is introduced with Sulaiman who is a mentally disturbed boy. And when his misconception clarified he says her that she should not tell that lie to him as a man could not accept and tolerate any share in her wife’s love.
