Khushboo Ka Ghar Nahi Koi (Happiness has no home) is a marvelous, brilliant and extra ordinary beautiful Urdu social novel written by Rukhsana Nigar Adnan. The novel discusses problems and difficulties of orphaned children and the behavior of their relatives with them as well as the feelings of these children about life and destiny.
Aiman, Abeera, Fizza and Mamoon are in a very happy family. They live with their parents, Sikandar and Shehla, happily, so far, destiny smiles on them. On the birthday of Fizza Shehla and Sikandar are killed in a terrible car accident.
Now all of the four siblings start facing the dark face of the world. Two brother of and one sister of sikandar and sister of Shehla take the responsibilities of each child. So, Safeena, sister of Sikandar takes Mamoon to Sharjah where she lives with her husband and two daughters. Mr. Aakif, the brother of Sikandar takes Fizza to Lahore. Both Safeena and Aakif have a rich family. Ghazala, the sister of Shehla takes Abeera to Haiderabad where she lives with her husband and five daughters. She and her husband Jamal are school teacher and belong to typical middle class family of Pakistan. And the elder sister Aiman has to live with the elder uncle in Karachi who has two sons, Abrar and Waleed.
What happens to the children and how their lives pass?? What kind of behavior they get from the families with whom they live?? There is a beautiful, and somehow, sad story and in some situations of the novel the reader loses his control on his eyes. The novel tells that whatever you do to other you also will have to face the same someday.
